Return Policy

Retail items purchased from the M. Frederick retail store or the mfrederick.com website are all final sales and no returns are accepted. Only non-special order, in-stock items may be returned within five (5) business days after delivery for an exchange.

Exchanged will only be accepted if the items is in it's original packaging and condition.

Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange.

Hermes and custom items are not available for exchange.

Trade sales from the M. Frederick retail store are final sales and no exchanges will be allowed.
